| 【短片】日中學生吃營養午餐 咬到訂書針

【綜合報導】日本大分縣一所中學，在前天發生有一名1年級學生吃營養午餐的時候，在一串肉丸子裡面咬到3根訂書針，校方立刻展開調查。
校方表示，這名男學生沒有受傷，而其他同學表示食物沒有問題。據了解，當天有7所學校的營養午餐，統一由日田市學校飲食中心製作派送，但是其他6所學校並沒有傳出吃到訂書針的問題，目前相關單位正在進行調查。

【胡守得／台北報導】台北地檢署昨天指揮調查局北機站，偵辦大同子公司綠能科技內線交易案，檢察官連夜複訊執行長林和龍後，今晨4時50分，依違反《證券交易法》，向台北地方法院聲請羈押禁見。
林和龍與早先聲押的林士源，並為前任、現任綠能總經理。

| 屆退役男疑被操過頭身亡 軍方調查

記者呂炯昌／綜合報導
一名在新竹湖口裝甲542旅服役的洪姓役男，只剩2天就要退伍，但是3日在營區體能訓練後身體不適送醫不治，家屬悲傷疑軍方體罰過度。軍方表示將展開調查。
根據《蘋果日報》報導，成功大學畢業的洪姓役男，上(6)月23日休假回部隊時，被發現攜帶照相手機與mp3回營，於28日被送到楊梅高山頂營區關禁閉一週。
