| 江宜樺說台商資金回流不可炒房

監委沈美真20日指台商資金回流，若能導入生產事業，用在造就國人的就業機會上，就是台商回饋台灣最好的禮物；但偏偏傳出有台商將回流的資金拿來炒作房地產，真是可惜。行政院長江宜樺對此明確回應，台商回流資金若用在炒房，不用在實質投資與就業機會上，不管引入何種資金，政府將不會給台商租稅獎勵或優惠。
監委20日巡察行政院，監委沈美真提問指出，目前國內失業率高，追求經濟發展，不如先重視創造就業機會。但最近卻傳出有鮭魚返鄉的台商，資金回流沒導入生產事業，創造國人就業機會，卻拿來炒作房地產，實在可惜。
監委楊美鈴轉述，沈美真要求政府，應有責任將台商回流的資金，引導到生產事業上，讓很多人有工作，解決部分失業問題。對沈美真的詢問，江宜樺很明快、明確作出如上回應。他說，政府已經注意到這個問題，並且開始設法引導台商資金用在增加國人就業上。

| 高盛加入禁用多邊聊天室行列

路透報導，一名消息人士20日說，繼摩根大通及德意志銀行本周禁止交易員使用多邊線上聊天室之後，美國投資銀行高盛集團也加入他們的行列，對交易員下達禁令。高盛的禁令不只針對外匯交易，還延伸到整個證券部門，包括股票、商品及固定收益。消息人士說，高盛仍允許交易員使用聊天室進行雙邊溝通。
