| 德法官判「陽春」 美A片商告侵權不成

【綜合報導】美國A片商「Malibu Media」先前發現德國有少數民眾非法下載2部A片，因此上告德國法院，該片商以侵權名義提出告訴，但德國法院最後裁定片商敗訴，原因是「A片太陽春」。
片商提告被侵權的2部片分別為《柔骨美人》(Flexible Beauty)和《年輕情慾》(Young Passion)，但德國法官認為，這2部片對於情色過程的描寫太簡陋，只有單純的做愛場景，根本稱不上有任何智慧財產的情節及故事，因此認定侵權不成立。

| 有南市線數位化普及率 達三成

〔自由時報記者王俊忠／台南報導〕市長賴清德昨天指出，南市四家有線電視業者數位化普及率均達三成以上，高於全國平均值的二成五；四家有線電視業者都可提供一百Ｍ的網路頻寬，覆蓋率達經營區的百分之百，ＮＣＣ已將南市列為「數位亮點城市」。
昨天下午，交通部與國家通訊傳播委員會（ＮＣＣ）主辦「一百Ｍ寬頻建設及有線電視數位化」記者會，與中央、台北、新北、桃園、台中、嘉義、台南、高雄等縣市首長代表ＨＤ視訊連線，賴清德特地撥時間到中華電信台南營運處參加，並做出上述說明。
七縣市首長中，只有賴清德與桃園縣的吳志揚親自出席，其他都是副手或幕僚代打。
