| 鈕承澤「他案偵辦」 被質疑放水

導演鈕承澤為了拍新戲，竟然帶著中國籍攝影師冒名登艦勘景，闖了大禍，鈕承澤5日從希臘返台，一開口就是認錯、道歉、面對，前後不到6分鐘的訪問，抱歉10幾次，坦承自己愚昧、輕率、魯莽，釀成軒然大波，不過，目前檢方以「他案」偵辦，被質疑是對鈕承澤放水。
涉嫌讓中國攝影師曹郁冒名登艦勘景，導演鈕承澤在事件爆發後3天，才從希臘返抵國門，鈕承澤一開口就是說不完的道歉。
鈕承澤要致歉的不只是軍方，還有電影同業，抱歉、反省，但為什麼明知故犯，夾帶曹郁登艦，鈕承澤打迷糊仗。
中國籍攝影師冒用他人身份，涉嫌偽造文書罪，鈕承澤觸犯「要塞堡壘地帶法」，最重可處5年徒刑，不過，目前雄檢只列「他字案」，而非事證明確的「偵字案」，也被質疑，雄檢有預設立場，打算放水，以微罪論處，輕輕放下。
