| YouBike違規記點 滿7點不可租

YouBike微笑單車愈來愈夯，違規行為也跟著增加，成為行人的新威脅。交通局針對微笑單車訂出違規記點辦法，累積滿3點將停權2周、5點停權2個月，若酒駕、惡意占用車輛、破壞或汙損車輛等，直接終止會員使用資格；違規記點辦法明年元旦上路。
微笑單車會員突破百萬人次，但騎士違規情形愈來愈嚴重，交通局長王聲威說，最常見違規項目，就是在人行道按鈴催促行人，其次則是騎上騎樓、行經人多地點未下車牽行、車速過快等。
