| 雙北市午後雷陣雨 中和水淹及膝

【大紀元2013年07月07日訊】(據台視新聞報導)炎熱的天氣，還助長了午後對流的發展，中部以北的山區陸續降下大雨，其中新北市中和的錦和運動公園，在1個小時內快速累積超過90毫米的雨量，由於氣象局統計只要時雨量超過50毫米就有致災的危險，果然在中和市區部分路段也積水嚴重，整輛車有半個輪胎泡在水裡，水淹及膝，伴隨著轟隆不斷的雷聲，相當嚇人。
雨滴大力的落下，雷聲轟隆的響，一場午後雷陣雨，來的又急又猛。雷聲不停持續將近兩小時，雙北地區暴雨，讓新北市中和1個小時內快速累積90毫米以上的雨量，１百公尺長的道路全被積水覆蓋，不只水深及膝，路邊停放的車輛更有半台都泡在水裡。
就連有下水道的馬路上，人孔蓋也被宣洩不了的雨水噴飛，民眾看到趕緊報警。
民眾形容這樣的雨勢出去不到三秒鐘就會濕透，因為天氣炎熱午後對流發展旺盛，來的快去的也快，但降雨強度也相對比較大，由於周四前各地白天仍維持晴到多雲的炎熱天氣，提醒民眾要提防午後的瞬間大雨、雷擊、強陣風。
