【大紀元2013年07月07日訊】 卑詩高等法院近日裁定，一名有四名子女的母親在沃農市朱比莉醫院（Jubilee Hospital）接受治療的過程中因中毒意外死亡，其家屬可獲得院方44萬元現金賠償。
埃德蒙頓居民、40歲的蓋達（Brenda Gaida）在沃農度假期間，在朱比利醫院接受皮膚病治療，因醫生疏忽，每日接受的methrotrexate注射劑量實際為一周的劑量，導致其中毒身亡。
