| 謝淑薇奪溫網女雙冠軍 共獲獎金逾千萬

【綜合報導】台灣網球一姐謝淑薇和中國選手彭帥的「海峽組合」在溫布頓網球賽奪女雙冠軍，共同獲得30萬英鎊（約新台幣1348萬元）獎金。
謝淑薇此役獎金，也刷新台灣網球選手單一賽事的最高紀錄。
先前台灣選手參加大滿貫賽女雙最佳成績，是2007年台灣女將詹詠然與搭檔莊佳容所創下，兩人在當年分別取得澳洲網球公開和美國網球公開賽女雙亞軍。詹詠然、莊佳容在美網女雙亞軍，平均一人獎金的330萬元。

【政治中心／台北報導】我國網球女將謝淑薇在溫布頓網球賽女雙決賽奪冠，奪得職業生涯第1個大滿貫冠軍，是台灣第1位在有100多年歷史的溫網榮獲冠軍的球員。馬英九總統獲悉消息後，感到非常興奮，除請駐外館處代為致發賀電外，也肯定謝表現可圈可點。
總統府發言人李佳霏轉述，馬英九一早獲知後感到非常興奮，除請駐外館處代為致發賀電外，也認為謝淑薇的表現可圈可點，希望她再接再厲，心想事成，繼續創造好成績。
