| 香港商販抗領匯強拆街市

【大紀元2013年07月08日訊】香港有街市商販團體及公民黨7日發起遊行，抗議領匯強拆街市，並將之改租予大型超級市埸。有立法會議員認為，領匯不應該忘記其應有的社會責任，肆意打壓小商戶。
「保留海富街市關注組」及公民黨發起遊行，抗議領匯趁與外判商租約完結之際，強拆九龍油麻地海富街街市，並將之租予大型超市，而關注組早前亦有去信領匯，要求交代事件，唯領匯方面未有回覆。關注組批評領匯不顧民情，迴避續約問題，只貪圖金錢利益，不顧社區發展。
公民黨立法會議員毛孟靜認為，領匯不應該以合約精神為藉口，忘記其應有的社會責任，肆意打壓小商戶，破壞以人為本的社區，又批評領匯是「霸權」。
另外，「保留海富街市關注組」亦在區內發起簽名運動，希望保留海富街街市，目前已經收到約5,000個簽名。關注組又表示，如果領匯漠視訴求，將不排除會有進一步的抗爭行動。
