| 關中：年金改革不會刻薄新進公務員

【徐珮君／台北報導】公務人員高考三級考試進入第2天，考試院長關中上午巡視考場，為考生加油打氣！對於公務人員年金改革相關法案及《考績法》已送立法院審查，關中說，考試院把國家需要的法案提出去，一切尊重立法院。
對於年金改革相關法案被批草率，關中反駁說，「怎麼會草率？都是精算過的。」關強調，退休是養老，不能退休還拿和工作時一樣的薪水，但改革也不會刻薄新進的公務員，如現在不改革，反而以後拿不到退休金，才不公平。

【綜合報導】桃園縣龜山鄉中興路統一超商今年2月開出1、2月統一發票千萬特獎，但截至本月5日領獎期限為止，得獎人都尚未領獎，千萬繳國庫。
《聯合報》報導，該張千萬發票在今年2月間凌晨3時左右開出，中獎人疑似是一名打工的清寒學生，但卻未在期限內領獎，讓財神爺擦身而過。
