| 兩岸公益、藝術交流新頁！大陸殘障書畫藝術家 來台訪問

應中華民國志工總會之邀，大陸殘障書畫藝術家訪問團將於今(8)日來台進行為期一個星期的訪問。本次來訪藝術家陣容堅強，除了有成立大陸第一個殘疾人愛心藝術組織的宋體金，還有書畫篆刻作品2000餘件被國內外藏家收藏的太康，他們將用藝術創作，來和台灣各界展開交流。
本次訪問團成員個個大有來頭，團長宋體金先後成立了大陸殘疾人作家聯誼會、大陸殘疾人美術家聯誼會等，在推動殘疾人文化藝術工作上不餘遺力。

【沈能元／台北報導】魚油很恐怖，保麗龍都會溶化？北市衛生局日前接獲民眾投訴，指將某些魚油軟膠囊打開，將魚油滴在保麗龍上，保麗龍竟出現溶解現象；台北市衛生局進行試驗，將魚油滴在保麗龍碗約1小時，保麗龍碗碗底確實全部溶解；衛生局表示，因魚油成分結構與保麗龍類似，與保麗龍產生互溶，此為正常現象，請勿恐慌。
台北市衛生局表示，保麗龍材質為發泡聚苯乙烯( Polystyrene,PS )，對脂溶性溶劑相當敏感，因魚油中所含EPA（二十碳五烯酸）、DHA（二十二碳六烯酸）成份的乙基酯含量較高，該等成分結構與保麗龍類似，將與保麗龍產生互溶，此為正常現象，並不代表對人體有害，請勿恐慌。衛生局指出，衛生署公告自本月（7月）21日起，新出廠的一次性使用的塑膠食品器具，食品容器、食品包裝等產品，應以中文標示品名、材質名稱、原產地(國)、淨重容量等，更須標示耐熱溫度、使用注意事項與微波警語，違者將依《食品衛生管理法》開罰業者3萬至300萬元罰鍰。
