| 【短片】北市飲冰品抽驗 3件大腸桿菌超標

【沈能元／台北報導】夏日炎炎，冰品正夯。台北市衛生局今公布散裝飲冰品及配料抽驗，共抽驗177件，結果發現3件不符規定。違規產品以台北市松江路的豐盛行販售的紅茶，大腸桿菌群最確數多出標準45倍最為嚴重，民生西路的古早味豆花販售的花生豆花，生菌數多出標準0.1倍、大腸桿菌群最確數多出標準10倍以上；饒河夜市樂樂茶館的紅豆牛奶冰，生菌數多出標準1.1倍、大腸桿菌最確數多出標準9倍。
台北市衛生局表示，將依《食品衛生管理法》開罰業者3萬至300萬元罰鍰，建議消費者選購飲冰品時，應觀察現場製作販售場所環境衛生、容器清潔、冰品原料應加蓋，以防冰品遭到細菌汙染。若有食品安全衛生問題，可洽02-27208889轉1061申訴，稽查結果，可至網站http://www.health.gov.tw/查詢。
