| 「過期」得補差價 泳池優惠券申訴多

【曾佳俊、李俊淇／新北報導】夏日炎炎正是游泳泡水的好季節，新北市多位民眾花錢購買泳池優惠套票或年票，沒想到隔了一段時間使用，被業者以超過「使用期限」為由，要求必須補30至50元不等差價，此舉讓消費者很不滿，認為已違反禮券定型化契約應記載與不得記載事項，向市府法制局與體育處等單位投訴。
新北市消保官說，最近已接獲至少7件相關投訴案，其實所謂的使用期限就是指「優惠期限」，業者確實可要求補差價，但不可拒絕收券及補價過高，泳池業者則說，如果不願補差價，可原價退費。

【李光濱／花蓮報導】花蓮市中山路一店家李姓老闆表示，他的機車停在店門口機車位，但兩星期來接連被佔用機車車位的汽車撞了兩次，附近店家機車也被撞過，李氣憤只好寫了一個「火星文」告示，豎立在店家機車位上。
內文寫說「小學沒畢業嗎？駕照用買的嗎？沒聽過汽車要放停車格嗎？違規停車不怕人家問候妳老母好？違規就是違規沒有藉口什麼只停一下，小弟守法將機車停在機車格裡，兩星期就被違停撞兩次，試問妳會爽嗎？沒車位請回火星，地球不歡迎火星人！」吸引不少學生看到在此拍照打卡，還說支持老闆喊「請大人要守法！」
花蓮縣警察局交通隊楊世雄組長說，汽車佔用機車位依法可處7百元罰鍰，會加強取締，至於店老闆訴求因不屬於路霸，但仍屬障礙物會請老闆移走。
