| 遭控掏空神去村 圓方：惡意抹黑

【劉曉霞／台北報導】上櫃公司圓方創新(5395)今天被神去村法人股東元裾有限公司檢舉涉嫌掏空，圓方創新委任律師宋正一否認涉嫌掏空說法，並要求元裾舉證說明，他強調，這件事和圓方無關，這是惡意抹黑。
宋正一說，圓方創新董事長徐翊銘今天下午已前往警局備案，向對方提出妨礙自由、強制罪告訴。
圓方日前宣布和國際知名頂級度假旅館集團GHM合作，在新竹竹東推出國際級五星渡假酒店「神去村」。

【張世瑜／高雄報導】高雄市愛河之心今天下午發生肢障人士連人帶輪椅落水意外，一名單車騎士經過時聽到圍觀民眾呼救聲，顧不得不會游泳，請民眾協助丟救生圈，再跳下河中將溺者拉上岸。救人的王瑞棋表示，他以前在軍醫單位當士官長，先幫溺者清除口中穢物，並實施CPR急救後送醫，幸生命跡象穩定。王瑞棋事後受訪表示，「如果看他(肢障人士)因此溺斃，我會遺憾一輩子。」
