【陳偉周╱基隆報導】基隆市一名男子以供吃住、日給兩百元零用錢，誘拐蹺家少年認他當乾爹，竟趁少年睡覺、打電玩之際，替其打手槍、口交，事後再給兩百元，少年們「呷好逗相報」，短短半年共十多名少年遭猥褻，警方上周逮捕男子，帶回與他同住且受害的四名少年，少年們反說：「乾爹對我們很好，這也沒什麼。」警方調查，嫌犯黃德明（六十歲）是一名離婚的貨車司機，獨居在基隆市一間公寓，半年前他於籃球場、網咖物色蹺家少年，給錢引誘少年跟他返家，雙方以父子相稱。
不准帶女友人回家
黃嫌住處四個房間皆附網路、電腦、冷氣，再伺機替少年打手槍、口交等猥褻，訊後被依違反《兒童及少年性交易防制條例》法辦，警方呼籲其他被害人出面指認。受害少年供稱，經學長介紹認識乾爹，每次投靠乾爹不僅有錢拿，又有冷氣吹，還可免費打電玩，有次他專注打電玩時，乾爹突然伸手摸他的生殖器，也有人半夜睡覺時遭乾爸撫摸生殖器，並被口交、打手槍，事後獲得兩百元，不過乾爹不喜歡他們帶女性友人回家，曾板起臉孔警告「不准帶陌生人回家」。
