| 陸央票今日續停發，人行維持「緊平衡」管理

 大陸人行9日延續暫停發行央票，繼續釋放維穩信號。業內人士指出，人行繼續暫停公開市場操作，持續減緩對銀行間市場流動性收緊的力道，但並未採取諸如逆回購等操作方式，主動向市場投放貨幣，顯示出「緊平衡」式的管理已成為目前人行的政策取向。
昨日晚間，人行仍未發布央票發行公告，這意味著今日央票將繼續暫停；為連續第三週停發；由於大陸本週公開市場「零到期」，若本週四人行繼續暫停操作，則本週公開市場預計為「不投不放」。
