 NBGI 預定於 2013 年 8 月 8 日推出，售價 5,980 日幣的 N3DS 版《航海王 ROMANCE DAWN ～冒險的黎明～》（ワンピース ROMANCE DAWN ～冒険の夜明け～），日前公佈最新遊戲情報及宣傳影片。
本作為 2012 年 12 月 20 日推出即創下超過 30 萬套銷售佳績的 PSP 版同名作品移植版，是一款將原作故事以章節型式登場，讓玩家體驗原作豐富劇情的原作追尋體驗型 RPG，遊戲以主角魯夫以成為海賊王為目標來進行故事，隨著故事展開與各種夥伴相遇，並與眾多強敵進行死鬥，藉以體驗魯夫的成長過程。遊戲中玩家們還可駕駛海盜船在世界地圖上移動，並在 3D 化的世界中自由闖關探索冒險。戰鬥系統採利用攻擊或防禦等行動指令來決定角色動作的「動態回合」（アクティブターン）設定，透過指令輸入來進行技的施展，只要按下按鍵就可自由施展出想要使用的攻擊動作，輕鬆展開各種 Combo 連攜，享受白熱化的死鬥樂趣。
