| 兒童就寢時間不規律 影響腦力發展

【綜合報導】根據英國廣播公司報導指出，倫敦大學學院(University College London)研究1萬1千多名7歲以下的兒童就寢時間，對腦力發展的影響，結果顯示超過晚上9點就寢的孩子，閱讀和數學的分數明顯較差，就寢時間不規律的孩子，學習成績上表現最差。
研究人員表示睡眠不足會打亂生理時鐘，影響大腦學習新知識，而且就寢時間不規律，也可能是因為家長疏於照顧，放任孩子看電視，影響小孩學習能力，專家建議從小建立良好的固定就寢時間，對小孩應該是最好的。
