| 不滿服貿協議 民進黨今揪團抗議

民主進步黨基隆市議會黨團成員抗議政府與大陸簽定「兩岸服務貿易」協議，將於今（九）日下午六時在文化中心集體向馬總統正式提出抗議，要求政府確實針對全民疑慮提出答覆。並請求身受其害、關心「兩岸服務貿易協議」民眾一起參加抗議表達人民心聲。
民進黨市議會黨團表示，馬政府一意孤行，對於兩岸兩會簽署服務貿易協議對台灣造成的國家安全衝擊，從事後反應可以看出，這項協議在簽署前，無論在溝通或協調上都不足，「只是由少數人關起門來所做的決策」，類似決策錯誤已一而再、再而三發生，遑論簽署協議前是否針對國安進行風險控管。
黨團指出，面對未來大量大陸人士來台可能造成的國安問題，政府本來應教育民眾要有憂患意識，才能由上而下、由點到線到面形成國家安全網絡，光靠國安單位是不夠的，而是要分佈到社會各個層面。
兩岸交流的問題不在快或慢，而是在有沒有做好風險控管，任何交流都沒有百分之百的好，重點在有沒有安全措施，兩岸要簽署服務貿易協議，事前應該要有充分準備，和國安單位也要有足夠溝通和協調，但這次看來，根本只是少數人在做決策。
