| 林豐正：兩岸關係不宜意識型態對立

【實習記者黃信維／台北報導】國民黨中常會下午邀請僑委會委員長吳英毅進行專題報告，代理主持會議的國民黨副主席林豐正裁示時指出，目前兩岸人民以和平發展為主流民意，不適合再有意識型態的相互對立。
林豐正表示，以往兩岸關係緊張，僑委會在執行政策時，都會將中國大陸當成「匪」，不敢有所接觸，大陸也將台灣當成敵人，但是隨著時代的變遷，現在僑務工作也要有所調適，並且要加強雙方藝術與文化的交流。

| 男持剪刀搶柑仔店600元 判刑7年6個月

【余思維／基隆報導】基隆法院重懲出獄5年再犯者！基隆一名蕭姓嫌犯去年4月持剪刀行搶雜貨店，並威脅高齡老闆，動手搶走抽屜內600元後逃逸，警方依監視器隨即將人逮捕到案，法院日前依強盜罪重判他7年6月徒刑 。
案發當時，蕭嫌見雜貨店張姓老闆行動不便，由印尼籍外勞照顧，先佯稱想更換零錢，待開啟抽屜後隨即拿出預藏約20公分剪刀，抵住外勞胸口控制行動，搶走抽屜內現金600元後離去。法官認為，蕭嫌2010年5 月才服刑出獄，且有多項前科紀錄，期滿5年內再犯屬於累犯，因此加重其刑責。
