| 高華柱：國軍痛定思痛 澈底改革

（軍聞社記者卓以立臺北十八日電）國防部長高華柱今天出席國民黨立法院記者會，再次向社會表達深深歉意，並表示針對陸軍第542旅洪仲丘下士悔過期間死亡案件，國軍一定會痛定思痛，澈底改革。
高部長指出，國軍是國家的軍隊，有了錯誤就要檢討，在案件發生後，即要求改善禁閉室，包含錄影、通風等設施，杜絕死角，在硬體設施未改善前，禁閉室不會開啟。
部長進一步表示，國防部將在制度面與執行面同時進行改善，除加強管理、管教人員的訓練外，並要求禁閉室、看守所及軍事監獄管理一併納入檢討。
