| 立委提案：日月光條款罰鍰3千萬元

針對日月光事件，水汙法最高罰鍰僅60萬元，對事業所得不成比例，國民黨立委王育敏提案上修3000萬元，將埋設暗管、惡意遶流等字眼放入母法，明確定義為惡意重大行為，罰鍰由現行50萬上修500萬元。若工廠規避查緝，最高罰鍰從目前30萬提高到100萬元。環保署長沈世宏表示，非常贊同。
沈世宏說，罰到3000萬元，對惡意違法企業仍然不夠，從行政罰法追繳高達上億元案例來看，不僅要追繳不法利得，還要再加懲罰性罰款，增加嚇阻作用。沈世宏多次表達，要做秀，也要做對，日月光案稽查利弊經媒體報導，比政府官員一點一滴講更有效，將作為訓練操作手冊，督導各縣市政府改進。
