美國德州，有個遊樂場發生意外，有位婦女玩雲霄飛車時、可能是安全桿沒有卡緊，結果被拋出車外，從大約14層樓高摔下去，不幸死亡，而且她的兒女還親眼目睹整個過程。
美國德州遊樂場發生雲霄飛車摔死人的意外。一名婦女可能安全桿沒卡緊，當雲霄飛車起伏轉彎時，整個人被拋出車外，從大約14層樓高的位置摔落地面。一雙兒女親眼目睹媽媽飛出去摔死，嚇到歇斯底里。
雲霄飛車爬到最高點後俯衝，起伏角度高達79度、大轉彎將近95度，但是就在這裡，第一次起伏後的大轉彎，一名婦女被拋出車外，從大約14層樓的位置摔落地面。目擊者，一雙兒女歇斯底里喊叫說，他們母親飛出車外了。
