【綜合報導】最高軍檢署檢察長曹金生少將回應媒體的用詞，近來成為網友討論的焦點，今天晚上他出面接受記者訪問時，對所有問題，幾乎像跳針一樣，都是「涉及具體的偵查作為」，包括桃園地檢署證實，已將陸軍269旅政戰主任陳毅銘涉嫌《湮滅証據》函送桃園地檢署偵辦，以及軍檢署今天派員搜索上士范佐憲桃園新屋老家，帶著證物及范父離去細節，都是相同回應。
