| 暑假腸病毒肆虐 病患創7年新高

【張雅淳/台北報導】孩童在暑期玩翻天，卻可能忽略腸病毒風險從學校轉移到各類公共場所，據疾管局資料顯示，台灣感染腸病毒門診人數，上個月攀升至3萬多人次，創下7年新高。
台北慈濟醫院小兒科主治醫師吳秉昇指出，孩童在人潮密集的公共場所如大眾游泳池、遊樂園、美食街等，感染腸病毒的風險並不亞於在學校的群聚感染，而且家長如放任孩童暑假生活作息混亂，免疫力下降，更會增加感染腸病毒的機率。吳秉昇醫師說，今年流行的主要是克沙奇A6型腸病毒，儘管很少引發重症，但部分病童感染後，手、腳、臉等全身皆大面積長滿水泡，疼痛不已且傳染力高。
如果孩童喉嚨疼痛、哭鬧不安，四肢末端出現多顆紅疹或水泡且流口水、吞嚥疼痛，口腔後方、臉頰內側或舌頭出現多個白點等症狀時，就需要帶小朋友到醫療院所做腸病毒檢查。一般而言，腸病毒發病後七天內是重症發生的危險期，照顧上應多喝水多休息，避免脫水、休克或其他併發症的產生。
