【綜合報導】就在台灣時間24日凌晨2點13分左右，威凱夫婦終於步出醫院，帶著小王子和大眾見面，一踏出醫院現場鎂光燈閃過不停，威廉也短暫接受訪問，表示心情相當激動。

| 穿山甲大馬路亂竄 熱心民眾協助安置

【陳冠宇／新北報導】昨天深夜11時許，有民眾行經新北新莊與桃園迴龍交界處時，發現一團灰色的東西在路上亂竄，上前察看後發現竟是保育類動物穿山甲，由於該地點為交通要道車流速度相當快，林男跟上前在安全島上將穿山甲一把抱起，避免穿山甲遭撞，隨後將迷途的穿山甲送往消防分隊安置。

| 【短片】北韓豪雨成災 逾6千棟屋受損

【綜合報導】北韓豪雨成災，超過2萬3千人無家可歸，其中平安南道安州市河川氾濫，市內8成地區淹水，截至20日前至少15人死亡或失蹤，超過6千棟房屋受損。
根據北韓中央通訊社報導指出，今年梅雨季帶來的雨量，是往年平均的2倍，預計受災情況恐還會持續擴大。
