【綜合報導】役男洪仲丘被凌虐致死，日前有立委指出，269旅禁閉室戒護士，皆不具合格簽證，根本就是「黑牌戒護士」。對此洪仲丘姐姐洪慈庸表示，是有聽說這件事情。至於馬總統強調要賠償從優，洪慈庸說，洪仲丘是因為凌虐致死，賠償是應該的，而且要向加害人求償。
