俄羅斯軍事專家尤里·涅特卡切夫中將說：「日本計劃將自衛隊升格為軍隊，美國在俄羅斯周邊島嶼(東京認為這些島嶼是日本領土)附近的軍事活動頻繁，這些都使我們得出一個結論，在薩哈林和千島群島地區可能發生軍事衝突。因此我認為俄羅斯應立即准備應對這些威脅。」

| 對貓過敏原因查明 5年內可望有藥醫

【綜合報導】對貓過敏人士有救了！科學家首次發現致對貓過敏的原凶，相信5年內就能研發抗過敏藥。
英國劍橋大學獸醫學系的學生，首次發現貓皮屑上的一種蛋白質，與人體內一種化學物質結合，就會導致人體對貓過敏，出現打噴嚏、眼睛癢、出紅疹，甚至哮喘發作等症狀。
目前的藥物治療方式，都是靠服用抗組織胺藥或注射抗敏針，以紓緩症狀和增強身體抗敏能力。發現致敏過程後，科學家希望5年內研發一種藥丸或吸入型藥物，防止敏感出現，甚至用相同藥物治療狗過敏。
英國專門治療過敏性疾病的組織「Allergy UK」臨床服務總監詹金斯(Maureen Jenkins)，讚揚這個發現令過敏研究邁進一大步，指出貓的致敏原特別難搞，因貓皮屑容易黏在鞋子、衣服，甚至家中牆壁，殘留幾年以上。
