| 疫苗優先山區犬貓 市區暫停施打

為建構犬貓的防疫陣線，台東縣政府獲撥的9000支動物用疫苗，截至今天，已為犬貓注射5787劑，將在周三上午全數使用完畢，由於下一批疫苗仍無音訊，農業處緊急宣布，剩餘疫苗將針對山區犬貓施打，並暫停台東動物防疫所施打疫苗。
台東縣政府農業處長吳慶榮表示，動物用狂犬病疫苗所剩不多，向中央申請的5000支疫苗又遲遲等不到回覆，為了將疫情防堵在山區，農業處改變策略，將剩餘疫苗提供給山區鄉鎮使用，台東市區則因風險不如山區大，何時再開放民眾施打，仍需再評估。

| 7部會改組 江揆：月內無縫接軌

行政院29日進行局部內閣改組，改組部會除國防部外，還公佈了包括行政院社福政務委員、僑委會、金管會、工程會、原民會和退輔會等7大部會的首長變更名單。江揆敦促各新任首長必須在一個月之內提出新任副首長名單，並和他討論之後再行發佈。
江宜樺表示，由於部分政務官是向學校單位借調任職，而部分官員已借調期滿，為了行政院總體施政考量，內閣才會部分改組。29日和江院長一同出席記者會的官員有副院長毛治國、行政院秘書長陳威仁和行政院發言人鄭麗文等。
此次內閣改組名單包括：行政院督導社福業務的政務委員由台大社工系教授馮燕接任，國防部部長由原任國防部副部長楊念祖接任，僑委會委員長由原任社福政委陳士魁接任，退輔會主委由原任海軍司令董翔龍接任，金管會主委由原任財政部次長曾銘宗接任，原民會主委由原任原民會副主委林江義接任，工程會主委則由副主委顏久榮代理。
江揆指出，29日內閣改組後，部分新任副首長將會由新任部長指定，他希望新任部長能在8月底之前將名單和他討論後，再行發佈。
