| 洪案C先生否認索高額報償

與陸軍下士洪仲丘一同關在禁閉室得C先生，退伍後上電視揭發內幕，因未言論與某些特定立場不符合，遭到媒體指控索取高價碼，他上午說，是電視台主動找他，出面純為洪仲丘討公道，從未主動開價索取報償，媒體守在家門口，壓力大，讓他感覺又回到禁閉室的監視器鏡頭下。

| 北市6000劑動物狂犬病疫苗將到

台北市防堵狂犬病疫情，上午成立台北市狂犬病疫情應變中心，北市產發局也緊盯疫苗進貨速度，分批採購，預估北市8月底前可進貨5萬劑以上，在此之前，最近也會由民間先進貨6000劑應急。
北市產發局長黃啟瑞說，下個月20日前這5萬劑動物狂犬疫苗到位，可以全面施打；此外，農委會這一兩天也會再撥2000劑疫苗應急。
北市衛生局長林奇宏指出，若疫苗暫時缺貨，民眾也不需恐慌，北市已啟動機制，目前打不到疫苗的飼主，可以主動留下聯絡電話，等到疫苗一到，就會主動通知。

大陸國內生產總值(GDP)2013年第二季度增速減緩引起全球關注。有人認為大陸經濟面臨衰退。與前幾年相比，7.5%的增速確實有點慢，但這一數字仍遠高於近年來全球GDP的平均增速。在我看來，大陸經濟正在進行戰略調整。
