國民黨主席馬英九今天在中山會報上表示，狂犬病這個狀況要特別小心，之前絕跡52年，絕對不能掉以輕心。行政院已經成立跨部會小組因應，這非常正確，「台灣有寵物的家庭比有小孩的還要多，這問題要特別重視」。

馬英九說，國安會也將派人列席參與跨部會小組，共同掌握疫情。

狂犬病近期死灰復燃，為配合防疫工作，高雄關今日宣布於各通關單位設置防疫物資（疫苗）進口單一窗口，提供相關通關諮詢與服務。

高雄關指出，依關稅法第49條及同法施行細則之規定，政府機關自行進口或受贈防疫用之藥品或醫療器材，以及政府機關為緊急救難自行進口或受贈之器材與物品，經中央主管機關證明係屬防疫之用者可免徵關稅進口。

而企業或個人捐贈政府機關作為防疫之用，可向海關具結以該受贈的政府機關名義先行辦理報關，依規定免稅進口。

雲林縣麥寮鄉九歲女童27日在南投縣仁愛鄉遭鼬獾咬傷腳部，經父親緊急用清水清洗及擠出血水後，在1個小時內送往埔里基督教醫院施打狂犬病疫苗，晚間再打免疫球蛋白，咬人鼬獾已被打死送驗，證實是狂犬病陽性反應，這是全台第2件帶有狂犬病的鼬獾咬人案例。女童已返回麥寮，今天上午再到台大醫院虎尾分院施打第2劑疫苗，目前正常沒有異狀，衛生局將持續監控，並要求按時施打疫苗。
