著名經濟學家林毅夫29日在大陸外交部安排的一個吹風會上表示，大陸有「後發優勢」，可以模仿和學習富裕國家的先進技術，從而征服國內外新市場。他駁斥了經濟學家和投資者普遍「看衰」大陸的悲觀情緒，並預計未來20年大陸經濟增速仍將保持在7.5%-8%。

大陸國務院常務會議決定從2013年8月1日起，對小微企業中月銷售額不超過2萬元人民幣的增值稅小規模納稅人和營業稅納稅人，暫免徵收增值稅和營業稅。記者從財政部獲悉：該政策將為超過600萬戶小微企業帶來實惠，預計年減稅規模近300億元人民幣。
