| 黃金ETF 最快明年Q2上市

證交所指出，黃金、原油等商品ETF相關法規最快明年3月修法完成，發行商品ETF的計畫已獲主管機關大力支持，但尚需等待主管機關修改「期貨信託基金」管理辦法。證交所總經理林火燈指出，明年ETF是證交所重點推動項目，除擴大ETF產品類別，也希望交易機制及法規可積極鬆綁，進一步引進更多境外ETF，給予投資人更多選擇。
林火燈說，黃金ETF的法規將採期貨信託基金架構，交易模式與規則與股票市場類似。目前皆已國內投信陸續接洽、並有意願發行黃金ETF等商品，唯考量到法規修正完成並公布可能需等到明年第一季結束，國內業者再提出申請，因此最快第二季就有商品推出。
