| 台灣新車銷售滿意度，凌志奪冠、勝雙B

 根據市場諮詢公司J.D Power針對今年台灣新車銷售滿意度調查顯示，凌志（Lexus）仍是最令消費者滿意的汽車品牌，並且已經連續6年奪下冠軍。而分居二、三名的則為來自德國的「雙B」-賓士 (Mercedes-Benz)與BMW。
該新車銷售滿意度調查包含了12個汽車品牌，凌志以914分拔得頭籌，連續第6年蟬聯台灣新車銷售滿意度調查冠軍。在7項評估要素中，凌志在銷售主動性、經銷商設備、書面作業和交車程序均獲得最高分。而賓士在銷售人員和交易條件兩項要素分數較高，以908分名列第二，BMW則以906分排第三。
