針對洪家指洪仲丘服役時，旅部連輔導長吳翼竹 (已調職)知道陳以人買飲料，「賄賂」護理人員加速完成體檢表。最高軍檢署檢察長曹金生今天上午表示，洪家的質疑，專案小組昨天下午2點已經傳喚542旅前旅部連輔導長傳吳翼竹到庭。

曹金生指出，吳翼竹的說法是當初洪仲丘家屬 (堂哥)問他，是否知道陳以人買飲料賄賂護理人員？他說「對」，因為他看過洪仲丘傳給旅長沈威志的簡訊是這樣敘述，並沒有聽陳以人說，曹金生未評論洪家的說法，只強調吳翼竹到法庭的供詞要負法律責任，檢方調查過程嚴謹。

曹金生強調，檢方辦案是伸張伸正義，不會輕忽任何線索，一定會查證。

最高軍檢署檢察長曹金生今天上午表示，洪仲丘案原先4四名被羈押的軍士官，案情移審後，軍法院裁定4人交保，檢方會提抗告，目前正在彙整新事證。

士官洪仲丘猝死案，4名羈押被告1日晚間全部交保，交保金額分別為副旅長何江忠30萬元、連長徐信正25萬元、上士范佐憲20萬元，戒護士陳毅勳15萬元，陳的羈押案情由北部軍事地方法院裁定，4人中第1位裁定交保，1日深夜約11點，已由所屬部隊帶回，另3人至今天凌晨離開軍事法院。

高等軍事法院昨天開羈押庭訊問范佐憲、徐信正、何江忠，審判長李中和指出，被告3人雖仍認有串證、串供之虞，但所犯非重罪，而且被告羈押後，軍事檢察官已經採取綿密偵查作為，多次傳喚證人依法具結在案，因此認為無羈押必要，但限制出境、出海，並嚴禁串供。
