國防部高等軍事法院和北部地方軍事法院，1日下午2時30分召開羈押訊問庭，其中副旅長旅副旅長何江忠、連長徐信正、上士范佐憲3人在高軍院、戒護士陳毅勳則是在北軍院。

| 陪夫義診助洗腎 林杰樑妻嘆情太短

【綜合報導】毒物科權威、林口長庚醫院臨床毒物科主任林杰樑，昨午因肺部感染併發多重器官衰竭逝世，僅55歲。其妻譚敦慈是護理師，長年協助丈夫義診、檢測毒物，林醫師臨終前，她在病榻前嘆，「夫妻情30年還不夠，你是我最親近的人。」
林杰樑30歲時，迎娶小4歲的護理師譚敦慈，兩人生活、工作緊密聯繫，夫妻常隨林杰樑大學時成立的綠十字醫療服務團下鄉義診，譚也是林的實驗室助理，協助檢測毒物。自大七就開始洗腎的林杰樑，都在家由妻子協助每周3次、每次4小時洗腎。
2人結褵25年、育有2子，一家4口關係緊密，譚敦慈守在加護病房內，聲聲呼喚他，泣訴「如果可以，我願折壽給你」，也令一旁女記者也淚流滿面。
