| 監委：軍事法庭 應改司法院派出機關

軍審法三讀，後續引發諸多問題仍待解決，具法律背景的監委李復甸就批評，修軍審法將凌虐等移到普通法院不能解決問題。他建議，一次到位最簡單的方法是將軍事法庭變成司法院的派出機關，把軍檢署變成法務部的派出機關，才是根本解決之道。

| 參謀總長嚴明 接任國防部長

國防部長楊念祖因論文抄襲一事閃辭，根據消息指出，參謀總長嚴明確定接任國防部長，國防部副部長高廣圻則接任參謀總長，行院正將會在下午正式宣佈。
嚴明今年64歲，為空軍官校六十年班、國防大學戰爭學院七十七年班、國防大學戰略研究所八十年班，曾歷任空軍軍官學校校長、空軍作戰司令部副司令、聯勤司令部參謀長、空軍後勤司令部司令、空軍副司令，今年1月才調升參謀總長。

| 洪案體檢流程 桃檢重新調查

桃園地檢署檢察官今天上午十點左右分乘兩輛車再度到新竹國軍醫院，分別到抽血中心與體檢中心，和醫護人員實際訪談所有作業流程，釐清洪仲丘案，范佐憲等人到院整個過程。
洪仲丘案中體檢報告為何可以快速出爐？桃園地檢署檢察官上午到新竹國軍醫院後，鎖定體檢中心逐一就整個體檢流程「走一遍」，查明作業中有無其他雜因？
