| 印尼軍法公信遭疑 人權組織高喊要改革！

洪仲丘一案讓全台民民眾對國防部的信任大為下降，而同樣在也發生類似的軍是醜聞！印尼特種部隊成員闖監行凶的案件被輕判一事，也再度喚起印尼社會要求改革軍法系統的聲浪。人權組織呼籲，將罪行嚴重的官士兵交一般司法系統審理。
今(2013)年3月底，11名蒙面的軍方特種部隊官兵持AK-47步槍闖入日惹斯勒曼（Sleman）的西邦崗監獄，以近乎處決的方式槍殺4名囚犯。經調查，犯案官兵坦承替被殺的同袍報仇，願接受司法制裁。不過，最終檢方只起訴3帶頭者12年有期徒刑，其他共犯則求處8至10年不等的有期徒刑。
