【林師民/新竹報導】
竹北市長青路凌晨發生車禍，一輛銀色轎車疑似超速行駛，為了閃避突然飛進路中央的塑膠袋，轎車往右側路旁衝，撞上民宅牆壁，把牆上瓦斯管線撞斷，造成瓦斯外洩，車上男性駕駛和女乘客共2人，輕傷送醫。警消在場警戒，等待瓦管處人員到場切斷瓦斯來源。

【石明啟／桃園報導】高軍院聲押庭中，副旅長何江忠供稱，他只是不想跟原來部隊聯絡，不知易付卡有這方面顧慮，庭上認為不妥，願意交出易付卡，交由庭上調查，若通聯如有不法，願受受處罰。何江忠陳述完後，立即交出易付卡。
