| 課不到醫美稅收 監院糾正衛生署、財政部

【張麗娜／台北報導】國內醫美行業滿街林立，但政府卻課不到稅！監委李復甸、馬秀如、尹祚芊等人上午召開記者會指出，目前「美容醫學」勞務等同於「醫療」勞務，因此提供「美容醫學」勞務業者，得免徵營業稅；而執行醫美服務的醫院、醫師雖需繳所得稅，但因不需申報營業額，稅捐單位無法勾稽營業額，造成逃漏稅情況嚴重。監察院昨已通過監委提案，糾正行政院衛生署、財政部，要求醫療美容勞務應覈實課稅。
