| 日、菲加強海上防衛 共同圍堵中國

日本與菲律賓近日為鞏固海上防衛能力，不約而同為新船艦舉行隆重儀式。日本為二戰後最大船艦出雲號舉行下水儀式，菲律賓同時也舉行「漢彌爾頓」級巡邏艦的接收儀。繼兩國相互支持整軍與提供軍武後，日菲共同「圍堵中國」的戰略默契再次不言自明。
近來除了牽涉中日台三方的釣魚台爭議促使中日關係緊繃，南海主權議題也讓中國與菲律賓產生嚴重摩擦。在東、南海的緊張情勢逐漸升溫時，日菲雙方近兩年來互動積極，儼然形成「圍堵中國」的氣勢。
