| 彩券換血袋 吉安投注站鼓吹捐血

花蓮縣吉安鄉「金財神香鋪」投注站負責人戴士溢，是熱心的捐血人，已經捐血1百多次，多年來，更在血荒最嚴重的暑假、過年期間，贈送彩券給捐血人，鼓勵大家踴躍捐血，一起解決血荒。

「我希望用彩券換血袋，多爭一袋是一袋！」花蓮縣吉安鄉「金財神香鋪」投注站負責人戴士溢，是熱心的捐血人，已經捐血1百多次，多年來，更在血荒最嚴重的暑假、過年期間，贈送彩券給捐血人，鼓勵大家踴躍捐血，一起解決血荒。
戴士溢經營的投注站從民國91年4月至今，已開出大、小樂透共7次頭獎，在台灣6千多家投注站來說，相當少見，刮刮樂，也常刮出高額彩金。
