| 高廣圻視導馬祖防務 勉強化生活照顧凝聚向心

（軍聞社記者莊家宏馬祖十日電）參謀總長高廣圻上將今天視導馬祖地區防務，期勉幹部強化本職學能以身作則，重視團隊榮譽與士氣，並落實風險管理，精實戰備整備，克盡保國衛民與守護疆土的職責，確保國家安全。
高總長上午由各聯參主管陪同，前往馬祖防衛指揮部視導，在聽取任務簡報及瞭解近期工作執行情形後，提出戰訓工作指導，以及慰勉官兵假日留值、專注戰訓本務工作的辛勞。
總長指示防區幹部恪遵作業紀律，落實一級督導一級，完善油彈庫儲管理及後勤維保工作，要求官兵嚴謹作業流程與綿密安全管制措施，杜絕任何疏漏，避免意外肇生，確保營區的「人安」、「物安」。
總長也叮嚀各級部隊長時時關懷部屬，主動掌握官兵心緒反應與需求，促進單位團結及凝聚向心，並在確保官兵身心健康下，專注戰備整備，有效提昇部隊整體戰力。

| 朝野會談 總統府盼蔡英文深思

對民進黨前主席蔡英文主張應先停建核四。總統府發言人李佳霏表示，朝野領袖會談，共商國是，是馬總統一貫的主張；總統府希望蔡女士再深思，如果真有會面的意願，請不要預設前提作為會面的條件，把「議題」當「前提」，馬總統會在出訪回國後邀請蔡女士入府會談。
