| IC設計Q3不旺 Q4估不淡

（中央社記者張建中新竹11日電）IC設計廠第3季(Q3)營運多恐旺季不旺，不過，第4季(Q4)也將多有淡季不淡表現。
重量級半導體廠已陸續召開法人說明會，包括台積電、聯電及世界先進等晶圓代工廠一致看好第3季業績可望持續攀高，只是將較第2季僅成長個位數水準。
IC設計廠第3季營運展望落差相對較大，感測晶片廠原相受惠遊戲機客戶旺季需求倍增，加上光學觸控及安防等產品出貨可望同步成長，第3季營運展望樂觀，業績將可季增15%至20%。
IC設計服務廠創意同樣受惠微軟遊戲機產品量產出貨，第3季業績可望較第2季顯著成長。

| 前7月金控獲利 富邦獲利王

國內15家上市、櫃金控今(2013)年7月獲利出爐，累計前7月有7家金控每股稅後盈餘(EPS)逾1元，更有6家金控累計稅後盈餘躋身百億俱樂部，其中富邦金、國泰金累計獲利更都超過200億元，每股獲利逾2元，分居金控獲利冠、亞軍。
就各金控公布的獲利數字，富邦金仍續居今年前7月稅後盈餘與每股獲利雙冠王寶座，雖然因增提第一類授信資產的備抵呆帳33億元，使得7月台北富邦銀行稅後虧損16.8億元，不過，富邦人壽因現金股利入帳67億元，7月稅後大賺59.5億元，也使得富邦金7月稅後仍賺54.4億元，累計前7月稅後盈餘更達233.4億元、每股稅後盈餘2.43元。
