寒流發威，天氣冷颼颼。中央氣象局表示，受到夜間輻射冷卻效應影響，今天清晨低溫比昨天更低，嘉義氣象站最低溫只有6.2度，各地的最低溫大多在9到12度左右。
今天白天的高溫較昨天略為回升，但民眾仍會感覺冷，北部及宜蘭約14度，中南部及花東約16到20度，民眾外出會注意保暖。
