| 陸男殺運將 法官判14年6月

【辛啟松／台南報導】大陸籍男子蔡維琦（50歲，在押），去年12月底因認為計程車司機方明田多收他40元，雙方口角後，竟持美工刀將方男割喉，導致右側頸靜脈全遭切斷，流血過多致死。蔡男殺人後，沒有報警且將被害人送醫，直到附近住戶發現，方男已氣絕，蔡男在半個月後落網。台南地方法院法官認為，被告是一時控制不住脾氣才痛下殺手，監禁教化可讓他在獄中反省，日前依《殺人罪》判被告14年6月。
