亞洲開發銀行(ADB)近期發布的《亞洲發展展望補充報告》中指出，由於大陸的經濟成長放緩，再加上先進國家的需求低迷，因此將包括台灣在內的開發中東亞地區今、明年GDP成長的預估大幅下修0.4％；其中亞銀更預測，台灣第一季經濟成長率疲軟的悲觀情勢，恐將會持續至下半年。
