| 占森鐵地50年促還 民宅抗議

〔自由時報記者王善嬿、謝銀仲／嘉市報導〕林務局於阿里山森林鐵路北興陸橋到文化路鐵軌旁，設置柵欄並要求佔地民宅拆屋還地，引起住戶不滿，抗議森鐵長期造成的噪音跟空氣污染都未曾賠償，現在使用超過五十年才要求拆屋還地，很不合理，若真要拆屋，「就跟林管處拚了」；嘉義林管處表示，路權內用地遭用戶侵佔，事關小火車行駛安全，若用戶不自行拆除，不排除透過司法途徑排除施工障礙。
