 金管會：自由經濟示範區也將開放DBU

金融業將納入自由經濟示範區，金管會今天(13日)提出規劃方向。金管會表示，除了開放國際金融業務分行(OBU)及離岸證券業務(OSU)外，也將開放國內外匯指定銀行(DBU)業務。

【楊永盛／苗栗報導】台72線公館鄉河排匝道口，下午3時許發生中油公司油罐車追撞預拌混凝土車事故，油罐車幾乎沒有煞車就猛烈衝撞，車頭整個凹陷吞沒，油罐車駕駛范振國左膝當場斷裂，送醫後暫無生命危險。肇事原因和責任歸屬由警方調查中。
消防局動用破壞器材車，再用2部大門前後拖拉，費了20多分鐘，才將范救出，但他左膝蓋以下嚴重斷裂、僅剩一層皮相連，右大腿也嚴重撕裂傷，上救護車時，范忍痛哀叫說：「我的腿！」急救後暫無生命危險，載運的柴油幸運未外洩。
