| 比利時兒童機構：現代孩子應補維生素D

【大紀元2013年08月14日訊】（大紀元記者張婷比利時報導）比利時兒童機構「Kind en Gezin」建議，6歲和6歲以下的孩子，最好每天額外補充些維生素D。維生素D對於人體骨骼的形成和成長起著重要的作用，因此也被稱為抗佝僂病維生素。
在陽光充足的情況下，人體自身可以合成維生素D。除此之外，維生素D還可以通過食物來補充，如脂肪多的魚類、雞蛋及人造黃油。到目前為止，「Kind en Gezin」建議家長，2歲和2歲以下的兒童，最好給額外補充一些維他命D。
該機構的Leen Du Bois說:「研究表明，目前嬰兒和兒童所攝入的維生素D比過去少。原因是現代孩子的飲食習慣較以前有所改變，他們在全日照下的時間也比以前少。因此，我們建議6歲和6歲以下的小孩即使在夏季家長也要給孩子補充額外的維生素D。」
